Thank you for visiting Southwest Special Care Homes.  We are a Christian, non-profit organization dedicated to providing a unique home for adults with developmental disabilities. 

This home, called The Branches at Brookline, is unique because it provides a family-style Christian home staffed with house parents who will live with the residents to provide stability and security.  House parents will encourage residents to live productive, fulfilling lives in the community, be involved in area churches, stay connected to their families, make life-long friendships, and realize their God-given potential through hobbies, activities and work.

The Branches at Brookline is located on 35 acres in Republic, Missouri.  Residents will be able to enjoy the beauty of nature in a rural setting while being conveniently located to community resources and activities.
